My B1/2 visa expires 30th April I need advise anbout extension
My B1/2 visa expires on the 30th of April. I had intended to go abroad for a week and return after the 30th of April. My question is can I leave the US and return before the 30th of April and get an extension (assuming I get an extension). Or I have to be out of the country before the 30th and return after the 30th in order to get an extension? I have already ruled out applying for an extension in the USA. Thanks
