So my friend has been here on a non immigrant visiting visa and wants to work while getting ready to get married to his US girl friend. He is really in need of a job. I want to give him my info, so he could use to get a job. I know this ain't right but I really need to help this fella. Well, could this affect me or him in anyway? And could his employer find out?

Yes, it could cause problems for both of you if it's found out. It's illegal to do what you are suggesting and wouldn't be recommended. Something to think about, when you file your taxes the next year you would have to include earnings that your friend made as your own (very bad idea) and if you didn't include those earnings the IRS would send you a letter saying the numbers don't match. At that point you would have to adjust your taxes or say it isn't yours (both bad ideas).
