Question on parents working status on visitor visa

Hi Experts,

1)My father is working in a private concern and he gave VRS to Icici bank in 2003,
shall I mention my father as retired or specify other in the occupation and provide the private company details ?

2)My mom is a government school teacher and will be retiring on may 2015.
I plan to bring them here by June last week, If I mention my mom as retired does she need to carry any proof of retirement ?
It seems like to get the retirement proof it will take some more time.

3) My father will be coming back to India in two months and mom will coming back after six months, is that fine ?

1) Since he is currently working, he can mention 'Other.' If there is a field to explain, he can do so in that space. Otherwise when/if he is asked "What do you do?" at the interview, he can give the complete details.

2) She can carry proof of her job as a government teacher. Most likely won't be seen but always good to carry with you. If asked, she can tell the details to the consular officer.

3) Not a problem. However, they may be asked why your father wants to return early and he should have an answer for that.
