I have a querry, here's my situation:
My last entry in the US was in 2011,I was given 6 months on my I-94 and I stayed there for 5 months,before I left, we have applied for an H1b with Change of status. the H1b got denied in 2012 while I am already out of the US and my b2 visa expired in the same year.
We have applied for a b2 visa last month and we were approved.
We are planning to go on a vacation this summer. My question is, will the denial of the H1b and change of status filled for me in 2011 can cause problem during the interview with the immigration officer at the Port of entry?
