Hello everyone! I am new to this forum. I just became a U.S Citizen and would be petitioning my mother very soon.
I have a brother and a sister-in-law but they did not meet the requirements of coming over in the U.S…but they suggested of applying for tourist visa for my 8-year old nephew to visit the U.S.
What are the requirements & necessary documents for my 8-year old nephew ( a student) to apply for tourist visa so that we can help him prepare?
