B2 Visa Annotation Lists Date...Is That A Hard And Fast Rule?

Hi there. I got my best friend a B2 visa to come visit me in the states this summer (she is from Nicaragua). When we applied for the Visa, we indicated it was for a trip to visit me in July. She was granted the visa and the annotation says "to visit (my name) in July." I booked her travel and she is actually arriving June 28th. Is that going to be a problem? Her Visa is valid from December of last year through end of July, but do her travel plans have to match the annotation?

That's not a problem.

She may enter any time until the validity of the visa, even last day!

Her actual duration of the stay will be decided by the POE officials, which will be mentioned in i94.
