I-134 question. What is visa control number

Iam filling my I-134 and was using help from immihelp.com sample I-134.

Sample document says to put visa status and visa number (control number). Iam on H1. But, i don't know what actually is the visa control number. Is it which starts with EAC ?

The one starting with EAC is not a control number.

That is one in red color.

But, my H1 visa stamp in the passport is EXPIRED long back. But, i have the extension filed still not approved. So, what is the visa control number that i need to use?

You can still use the same visa control number.

Expired visa is not a problem. Just attach the proof of H1 status extension as well.

As far as i know question 1 a-d are for us citizens and lawful permanent citizens so H1B need not fill this part
