Sponsor Visitor visa while H1B Extension is in RFE status

Hi,

My H1B visa was expired last month and the H1B extension has been moved to RFE status.

I am planning to apply Visitor Visa to bring my mother to the US for vacation.

If I specify my details as sponsor for my mother's travel, will her visitor visa gets rejected because of my RFE when she goes for Visa interview ?

1) Whether she needs to carry my I797(expired) when she goes for visa stamping ?
2) Providing my H1B extension filing receipt will help ?
3) If she sponsors herself, will it make the case strong ?
4) For self sponsoring how much money is required in bank savings account ?
