I-134 Form Question

I had sent all my documents to my parents and their visa interview is Jan 3rd (Booked thru TTS)

I just read a thread about I-134. I printed the form in two pages, instead of back to back, is that a big problem? (DS-156, I printed back to back, but wasnt sure about I-134...)

Also I mentioned the EAC number from H1B in the 1d field of I-134, I am not sure what the control number is as mentioned in the previous post. Is that a big issue?

Hi!

I am not sure of the control number. However I134 need not be printed back to back. I have sponsered twice and both the times only DS 156 I printed back to back and none other form.
