Retire Parents

My father is retired Govt Lecturer, now a days he just goes to a private institute to teach and to do time pass. But this is just a part time job.

So shall I show him as a working, Does working parents get Visa easily or I should show him non-working. Which is best to show.

I would suggest you to show him as working becoz it shows ties to India. You can show him as working as long as he can get an employement letter. A simple one stating he works there part time also is fine.
