Affidavit for the Father/Mother

Hi All
Please clarify my doubt.

1. Do we need to get the notarized affidavit for the Father/Mother (Visitor Documents) or personal affidavit by Father/Mother is enough.

2. My husband and myself are working. So how do we put the combined income in the I-134 document(I am spnsoring my parents)

1. Notarized is better. Use Rs. 20 stamp.
2. You can just combine the income. e.g., $50,000 + $30,000. Just put $80,000 as income and attach the proof of each income.
