Form I-485

I applied for the adjustment of status and it was denied. The reason was I left the country without seeking advanced parole (which I was not aware of, now I am). How soon can I re-apply? My wife's (U.S. Citizen) I-130 was approved.

If you are back in the U.S., you can reapply with I-485 immediately.

If you are outside the U.S. and cannot reenter, your I-130 will have to be processed through the NVC and your Embassy, and no I-485 can be submited.
