Visa for Parents from India
Hello All
i would like to understand the procedures and follow on required for getting visa for my parents. After few months i shall be moving to US on L1 visa along with dependents (wife & kids). Unlike India , we cannot show our parents as dependents this is what the understanding i am having.
My parents are 70 + and in India are dependent on me.Kindly provide your expert advise for below points
1. Is there any possibility for me to show my parents as dependents and to get their visitor or any other visa for US at the same time with me ?
2. If point 1 not possible then when i can able to initiate the process for this visa in India for Parents and what is the risk involved in it.
3. My Parents are heart Patient so do you think this can cause denial of visa for them.
4. Do you have any other option which would be helpful for me.
