Visa rejected 2 time. Can I apply for the Visa B2 my husband is American citizen
I'm Thai citizen and been lived in the U.S almost 4 years. I came in the U.S with J1 visa, after that married with my husband the U.S citizen, then apply for the green card. After 4 years we decided move to lived Thailand. We lived in Thailand over a years. I forgot return the green card and apply for the new visa that time. I been busies apply Thai immigration visa for my husband and busies with my family. After lived in Thailand over a years my husband decided move back in the U.S for work temporary job.
Before he back in the U.S, We went to USCIS office in Thailand asked how can I go to the U.S to visit my husband during he work in America. The officer USCIS told us, I can apply for the new green card, Then we reading about immigration visa and then we found out my husband doesn't qualify for the petition immigration visa yet. because we didn't have specific address yet and he lived in Thailand over a years doesn't has enough household income and w2 IRS. This why we aren't decided apply for the immigration visa. My husband asked the officer USCIS again. Can I apply for other visa?, and officer told us I can apply for the Visa's visitor.
After that my husband flight back in the U.S before me, because he had been contact his job and had to interview. After that I apply for the Visa's visitor. But I got rejected, consulate didn't listen anything or asked any information, He just asked why I go there? How long I stay there. I answer for visit my husband, and travel for 6 months. That time I didn't expect to stay there long just for have long visa, consulate told me go to apply for Immigration visa. I tried to explain to him but he didn't listen and said go go.
After first interview I tried to apply for Visa's visitor again, this time I had invitation from my husband just for visit him 3 months we want celebrate 5 years marriage together and go to someplace nice place. But I still got rejected, I gave all information and evidence to consulate, but still rejected visa, he said the reason of reject because My husband is a U.S citizen and he work in America. If he didn't work in America. Then I can apply for the Non-immigration visa. I don't know how to do now. I miss my husband So much we never long away.
After second interview. We talking about have to apply for immigration visa, I told him have to spent over 5 months to get visa. After that it had a bad news came my dog that we love so much as our child, got poison and die. After I told him, he been uncontactable, I call the police and they found him, the police told me he said "he never call anyone". I don't know how to do. And Now It over 1 and half months he uncontactable, he switch off his phone and didn't response email, I didn't heard anything from him, I tried to called his company and asked about him but doesn't has any his name on the list in the company this month. I think he finish is job already.
Can I still apply for the Visa's visitor? I would like go in the U.S finding my husband. I would like to find out what going with him. I don't know how to do now. This very difficult situation for me handle and horrible emotional. Everyday and night I couldn't sleep always worried about him. Please who can advice what can I do for to get visa go to the U.S., my friend will support the place for me stay during in the U.S for two weeks for find my husband. If I can't find my husband I will back in Thailand for notice missing husband and do other step. If I find him I will asking him what going on, why he doesn't contact me and what he will do the next future. If he want to brake up. Then I will start other process and I'm back in Thailand. I can't just sitting and wait when will he contact me. I have to do something and find out my life. The first thing I knew I have to go to the local police to notice my husband been uncontactable for 1 and half months and translate in English. After that what I should do more? Please advice me. I don't have money to hire lawyer very expensive in Thailand.
