visitor visa - Need Suggestion for MIL Travelvisa

first of all..thanks a lot for providing excellent info and making most of things comfortable....

pls. do let do give me suggestions for interview for which only my Montherin in law is attending for visitor visa and but not fIN ..FIN is retired and not atteding visa....so pls. let me know what reasons she can tell INS and convince for getting visa /why she is going alone without husband..
