medical visa work from home

Hi all

i work for Hp as a teamlead in hyd. I want to take my mom to US for her treatment.
but the problem is my company wants to take work from home rather than leave.

can i do that while is US, Working for HP from there.

As per the rule, no one should work in the USA and get money in the USA (even for free you shouldn't work in the USA for a local company. Because it will replace the employment of US citizen/other work permit holders. )

But in your case, you are working for an Indian company (even it's a US company, you got the job in India and work in India) and you get paid in India. So, logically....that's not a problem.

But, wait for any other member's response and take a decision.
