We sent the documents thorugh USPS global priority and it hasnt reached my parents yet for next week visa appointment.My bank charged me 50 bucks for a letter from them and it took 3days for it to be issued. So if we have to send the documents again, will a copy of the same bank letter be enough or origianl needs to sent?

Always send by private courier like FedEx, UPS or DHL. Several people had problem with USPS.
