How to confirm appointment thro ttsvisas.com

Hi

I have booked appointment for my parents for 14th Feb using ttsvisas.com last Aug. Can you tell me what is the correct time to confirm the appointment? Also let me know if the "confirm appointment" link of ttsvisas.com is working fine. I dont see any confirmation message after I click Confirm. Why it is so? Did any of you get the same problem?
