Sponsor Documents

Hi,

My parents have an appointment in Chennai in January. I am the sponsor and preparing all the necessary documents for them currently. I also have a brother who lives in USA. Do I need to send any documents on behalf of him? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in same situation as you were, but wondering what is the necessity to send your brothers visa status when you are sponsering your parents? I think sending your bro status may confuse CO? just a thought.

In my situation, I'm a green card holder and my brother is in H1b....please share your thoughts.

Just send ur Bro's Passport copy. When the CO asks about other children in US, they might check his Visa Status . I am a GC holder & my Bro in H1-B & in our case we sent my Bro's PP copy alone eventhough the CO didn't ask for it during the interview.
