B2 application/travel when spouse has Green Card

My wife and I stayed in US for almost 10 years on individual H1 and returned to India 2 years ago. I have now travelled back to US on an assignment and my company may sponsor Green card on EB1 category. My wife will be working out of India for the next year or 2 along with family. If my Green card is approved, would she be able to apply for and/or travel on B2 Visa for short visits if I do not include her in my processing?
