Hi all,
I am a Dutch citizen, however got visa rejected previously as a Chinese national, interview attached below (so far as i could remember, key points)
----
Q: What is your plan to travel to the us
A: City sightseeing in NYC for about a week
Q: What is your current occupation
A: Studying in an University
Q: What are you studying
A: ICT(Computer Science equivalent)
Q: Do you have girlfriend or relatives in the US?
A: No
Q: Whom will you be travelling with?
A: I will be travelling alone
Q: When will you graduate
A: In about half a year
Q: Do you have a job at this moment
A: No, but I will be looking for a job after graduation
Q: (Politely rejected my visa, reason: failed to demonstrate strong bond with country or residence or country of origination)
----
I will start my master study soon in about a few months for at least 2 years, and thinking about to spend my Christmas over there, which means I will be heading for another B2 interview soon, any advice how can I pass it in this situation:
*Intended to stay as a tourist for a week in NYC
*Maybe alone or visit a friend, but probably will lodge in a hotel
*Student
*Part-time or no work
*At least 1.5 years till finish the study
Another question, what should I say, if by any chance the consulate asks me regarding to my previous denial or the ESTA denial as well
Many thanks!
Greeting,
Kyle
