need immediate information about visitors visa

i got an visitors visa appointment for my parents...... i want to reschedule the appointment to another date.......my question is how many times can i reschedule the appointment? Is there any limit? Can u please let me know immediately......

With the new VFS system you can eschdule the appointment ONLY ONCE.
