Hi,
My mom came here on October 2014. We applied her extension(in Mar 2015) and the application is still pending. We are now planning to have her flight arranged in June last week 2015. From my observation, the extension is getting approved only after 6 months. If she leaves by June, her application will still be pending. But will she be able to come back during September (3 months in India)?
Will she have any problems? Also is she allowed to come back with her previous extension still pending?
