Unable to make vfs appointment. Serial Number of Receipt in the HDFC Slip?

I tried to make an online appointment. VFS site asking for a Serial Number of Receipt from the HDFC Bank Receipt. Couldn't find the Serial Number. There are Deposit Slip number and Barcode numbers. I tried both. Couldn't work.

Anyone know what is this Serial Number and where is it located?

Bar code number is the correct one. I guess it will take couple of days to get the number updated in the VFS system.

When my brother paid the fee and went to the VFS office on the same day, they said the same and asked him to come after couple of days.

My Mom's barcode number is also not working. I called VFS and found that they got my Mom's passport number first letter wrong (B instead of E). I spoke to them yesterday and today. They told me that they have to check with HDFC
bank and rectify it. I am waiting for them to rectify it.
