im dr navjot randhawa im from India and working as a medical officer for local government. Last year me and my dad(my dad is also doing govt job) had applied for a tourist visa but it was denied. My fathers elder brother is a US citizen. He has applied green card for all of us in year 2007 at that time i was less than 21 years of age. now im preparing for an exam usmle and one of its part is given in usa. and i want to get visa...as there is nothing on green card thing.
when we applied the interviewer asked few questions and later denied the visa say as you all ready applied for immigrant visa we cant grant you a non immigrant visa.
now i have 2 questions
1 can i apply and get the visa ?
2 like now im 28 can i still get the green card for which my uncle applied in 2007?
