Mistake in DS160.

Hi All,

I am applying USA - Visitors visa for my parents. I have submitted the DS160 and generated the "CGI REFERENCE NUMBER" (which we need to take to bank to pay the fees).

I have just not noticed that I have selected different visa categories for both my father and mother. I want to correct it. Can you please how can I correct it?

For my father I selected - BUSINESS & TOURISM (TEMPORARY VISITOR) (B1/B2)
And for my mother I selected - TOURISM/MEDICAL TREATMENT (B2)

Please let me know if there a way to cancel submitted DS160 or CGI number? If yes, how? If not, please guide, what should I do?

Fill new ds160

You need to fill new ds160 form for you mother with correct visa type and then go to visa fee page again and then add both parents ds160 barcode and generate CGI number and deposit the fee.
