1) How much can a Congress Man help?
a) What is the effect of a Letter from the Congress Man?
A1) what should be mentioned in the Letter?

2) How much can an Attorney help?
a) What is the effect Attorney Representation?
A1) what should be on the Attorney Representation?

3) How many years/months statements (1040s, Bank Statements & Pay stubs etc) are enough?

4) What finance documents (Bank statement, Property Ownership, & Tax filing etc) will help to prove that the applicant has enough financial ties with India?

Any other inputs to help in my case will be highly appreciated.

Last 2-3 months paystubs
Last 2-3 months bank stmts
Also get letter from Bank (verification letter)
