6 month of B2 stay in the state
Hey everyone
I have a urgent question, I have a 10 year multi-entry visa and permission to stay for 6 month from Feb 6th to Aug 5th under B2, but I have told the officer to stay for approximately 4 month. Since my girlfriend recently decided to take CPA exam in the US and I wish to stay with her for as long as possible and think about leaving at Aug 4th, therefore could this be a problem for the next time re-entry?
