Hello gurus,
My H1B Visa extension was approved last year for 3years until 2017. Yesterday I got an email from USCIS for the previously approved petition with the following update. I checked with my immigration team and waiting to hear from them.
Can you please let me know under what circumstances can a previously approved petition be reopened. I created an account on USCIS and attached the petition to my account and so I received the email. My employer is supposed to file a H1B amendment as I will be deputed to a new client; could this be the case. Also, I wanted to know if this could be a case of H1B revocation. Any inputs will help me prepare myself as I am worried. Thanks.
