Have you made specific travel plans?

i am planning for step-2 cs.as i m applying for visa in june but my exam scheduled in october.so i m confused what to mention in travel plans.if it's say yes it's asking arrival date and depature date.so which dates i have to mention whether of june dates or october dates for arrival.
