My wife has gone to USA to attend the delivery of my Daughter-in-law . She will stay till 8th August as indicated in Visa stamping ( six months) .
since my daughter-in-law lost her mother 10 days before the birth of her son , my wife want to extend her stay for 2 more months .
When we seek for Visa extension , will the death be a genuine reason .
Alternatively , if she returns a before 6 months can she reenter after coming back to India by October and stay for six more months .
what gap should be given after 6 months stay.
