Hello Experts,
I'll complete 6 year on my H1B on March 31, 2016. My wife is expecting and due date is Jan 15, 2016. It looks like we might not get PIO or OCI on time(before March 31, 2016).
Is it possible to continue stay in US on B1/B2 VISA while PIO/OCI has been submitted and H1B Expired?
Is there any other way by which we can leave US before March 31 , 2016 (like VISA for new born baby or any other way?) Please help. This will help me understand if I should leave country now or still there are ways...?
