Surname and Father Name different in Passport

Hi,

I am in USA in H1B.I am processing visitor visa for my parents.

In my passport my Last name and Surname is abc.

In my father passport the given name is same(abc) as my last name and surname.

But my father's surname(xyz) and his father name(xyz1) in my father's passport are different.

Will it affect the visitor visa?.Please let me know.
