aunt leaving in one month of stay can she come back in 3 months- urgent pls advice

my aunt is on b2 visitor visa. she has visa till nov 8th 2015. but since she wants to go to germany she is going back end of this month 9 june 22 , 2015) to india to get her schengan visa and travel to germany and planning to come back to usa in sep 1 2015.

1) can she come back inn sep 2015
2) or is it better she comes n march 20116
3) will she get another 6 month extension or only 2 months
4) or will she be sent back.

she has multiple entry valid visa and she is 74

please adivice
