Anyone tried that before?
my sister is mentally handicap and my parents can't leave her alone, so when I send invitation for my parents and her. My parents got visa but they denied the visa of my sister. This is ridiculas on their part, even knowing that she is mentally handicap and can't work here or could be left alone in India by herself. I really hate to say that I don't believe when someone says 'CO are smart and they know your true intensions'. It just that sometime they act so unreasonable.
anyway, we applied after a year again and this time again they rejected her visa saying she can stay or might work in US. this was height of @#@#$ nonsense they do.
This time I'm thinking of inviting her on basis of medical treatment.
Anyone tried that approach before. What really needs to be done here ( I know there is section for that, but I'm more interested in practical things to do, like approaching hospital/doctor or someone else.
any previous experience of someone would really help
Also, Is is possible for try and seek help of local congressman to get her visa.
my parents can come together only if my sister can get visa and this is really bothering me as I really want them to come here and stay atleast 6 months with me, without my sister they can't manage more than 1 month here.
