Good Morning All,
Me and My Fiancé plan to travel to USA in September for Leisure. Neither of us is a US Citizen.
When we visit NYC, we are planning to register our wedding there before holding the ceremony in Asia next year, as my fiancé has always dreamt of a NYC wedding. I know as neither of us are US citizens, I am from the UK, my Fiancé from Africa, we do not need a fiancé visa to get married. My question is, when interviewing, should my Fiance state that we do plan to marry whilst there, as that is not the purpose of the trip, it is just something that we think we may do seen as we are already visiting the USA. As we aren't US citizens, it wouldn't give us any right at all to stay in the USA so from that perspective, there is no issue with mentioning it, I just wondered if anyone had an experience or know of any other ways that they may take it?
Thanks in Advance
