    B2 Visa for wife

    I am a US Citizen in Singapore. My wife is from Myanmar. We obtained a K1 last year, got married in the USA, but did not stay long enough to AOS. This year she obtained a Canadian visitor visa, and a USA B2 visa. They approved it with no problem. We are going on our holiday in two months.

    They asked her how long until we go back and AOS. She told them maybe next year.

    I just wanted everyone to know that it is now possible to obtain a tourist visa if you are the spouse of a US Citizen.

    Also China gave me a ten year multiple entry visa. I guess there is a lot of competition for tourism.

    It is possible to get tourist visa.

    But you said she already has US tourist visa. Therefore, I am not sure why the question.

      This has been a stumbling block for many people. I wanted people to know it is possible. We worked on it since Sep 2013.
