Immediate relative - Daughter in Law

Hi I am a US permanent resident and my Parents are applying for US tourist visa. In form DS-160 they are required to fill immediate relatives details.
1) Please let me know if they should mention details of my wife (She is a U.S Citizen) as daughter in law under immediate relative?
2) My wife's parents are US citizens, so should my parents mention their details?
