Hello all
I am looking for some advise on a question I couldn't find anywhere, and was wondering somebody can guide me.
We filed an extension for our parents in April and we haven't yet received a response. Their last date on i94 was June 10.
I wanted to know if my father can leave, and mother stays? They are on a joint i539 application so wanted to know if my father leaves, will the application become void for my mother also? So, in summary, will the application be void if the primary applicant leaves the country?
