I want to apply for the US B1/B2 visa. My visa was denied last time, I have been to US once 6years ago and after that when i applied, my visa was rejected 2-3times which i do not remember exactly is it 2times or 3times.
Neither i can recall the exact date when my visa was denied under 214(b) now what shall i do ?
Now i saw in form DS160 under the travel information tab, there is a question
Have you ever been refused a US visa, been refused to admission to the US or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?
Now what should i write here?
My visa was denied twice long back in the year 2004, and after that i re-applied in the year 2009 and got the visa.
My visa expired and again re-applied in the year 2010 and in 2012 supposedly, and was denied.
My question is i do not remember the dates, and when exactly my visa was denied last time, is it 2012 or 2011 i cannot recall.
Do i have to mention it in the question where it says, "Have you ever been refused a US visa, been refused to admission to the US or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?"
What should i write there based in my scenario?
