b-2 extension filled late and in that wife and children gone back

me my wife and my two children came to us in 2014 and my i94 was to expire on 20-04-15 and my brother in law gave my externsion to some of his friend lawyer and he filled for the extension on 27-03-15 and on may we got the letter that my fgamiliy extension is denied i read that letter and came to know that some thing is wrong then i took this letter to my immigration lawyer and when he read the letter he told me that it is fraud and that lawyer has done all this for the money and your case have not been filled yet then my lawyer again filled my case on the may-2015 which got a month late
i got my extension recipt on 20-05-2015
now the problem is that my wife and children came to his brother talk and left the usa on 27-05-2015 and i am still here and i didnt know about that departure.now my wife told me that his brother told her that you can come back to india dont live illegal in usa so that in future if you want to go you can go
now question is that
1. my wife and my children b-2 visa is void
2. if my extension is approved can they come back to me
3. if extension is not approved and if i go back to india then my visa is also void or we can back after a year ot two
4. if the my extension is done and if change my status to f1 so that i can make them depended and call them back here
and last and final any how i want to call them back as for the sake of children future so please give me so good reply so that my familiy get reunite again and we can have a very good future with all
