online Appointment

I was trying to take the online visa appointment for my parents ( Tourist visa). I filled out Ds-156,DS-157 for my Dad. After that i tried to add my mom to the group and after couple of intial pages when it tries to open a DS-156 form website(https://www.vfs-usa.co.in/Home.aspx) generates this error .

Does anybody know did i typed anything wrong or it is a website problem ?

It's a web site problem and it surely looks like some bad asp.net coding by someome who wrote that web page

I believe you should try again or call VFS office and ask them for assistance.
