Hi,
I was an over stayer in the UK and now has come back to Pakistan 4 years ago (not deported). I would like to apply for B1/B2 US Tourist visa with my family. In the form DS-160 they ask if I have traveled to any country within the last five years. If I say "NO", would there be chances they can find out my UK history?
My wife and 11 years old daughter had been to UK on "Domestic Worker" visa for one year, they came back on time Now we all three like to apply for B1/B2 tourist visa. Is mentioning UK Domestic Worker visa be a negative sign?
