URGENT-B2 Visa

Hi All,

Can you please tell me what is the minimum visa time Granded on the POE Under the B2 visa??
Is it possible to only get 2 month? and if i stay over 2 month but less then 3 month, will that cause any problems?? (since by law you are entitled to 6 month)

PS:i never checked My I-94 form first time i came to USA. So ignorant, i am kicking myslef now!

Nobody is entitled to get 6 months stay by law. It is all upto the POE officer and is determined by evaluating your purpose of travel. If you are not sure about you overstayed or not you can write to the respective office for further assistance.
