Disable parent

My dad is a us citizen, and he has Parkinson disease which is progressing rapidly. He is becoming more dependent has time passes. Unfortunately, me and my other brothers and sister are not within his vicinity and we all work 40 hours per week. Hospice is not an option. However, he has a little sister in Haiti he wished to bring over to help him with his daily tasks. What would be the process, if it possible to bring her to the states?
