My parents are with me now from mid of May.Its their first visit to USA . They came for 3 months visit. In their I 94 the expiration date is Nov 11 2015.
Since I am pregnant right now as per their initial plan, they will go back by august and come back for my delivery by december. But we are confused now. If they go back by august first week and come back by end of november will the port officers will deny their entry??
Another plan we have is can my parents stay till november and by first of november they can apply for a six months extension? will they generally allow extension for six months? That means it will be total one year stay. We need parents after my delivery since i wont able to manage myself.
Please advice me which one will be the best option and let me know the problems in both situation.
