Hi All,
I am in US on H1 and I getting married to my fiancé who is an Indian holding US passport. Now we are planning to get married in 30 days from the day of this posting. My current status is; my visa is expiring in next 2 months and my employer is in the process of applying for extension. In the meantime can my fiancé sponsor my parents so that visit US for our marriage.
Also I would like to know if I can provide my documents like the marriage license, financial supporting documents, my employment documents, my W2 and tax returns, my sponsor letter and letter to consulate with my expiring I-797 along with my fiancé's Passport copy or should she provide all the supporting documents with the marriage license.
