  • Apply for B2 visa after living 3 years in the U.S. on F1

    Dear lawyers,

I have been studying in the U.S. for 3 years on F-1 visa. I returned to my home country 4 months ago wothout overstaying. Now I would like to visit the U.S. again but on B-2 visa for 2 weeks. I'm a young not married girl, have no kids and no job. On the good side I own apartment in my home country, have my family (parents) here, good traveling history (I visited some European countries 10 years ago. I'm planning to visit a few more European countries this month to create a good visa history) and then apply for US B2 visa. (It is going to be 5 months since I returned from the USA). Do I have any chances to get B2 visa? Is there anything I can do to increase my chances/create better ties to my home country? If I look for job now, I will have to work for at least 6 months to get a vacation, but I would like to visit the USA sooner.
