is it mandatory to file B2 for my sponsored mother and sister as family
Hi Experts,
I am on L1B visa in US and want to sponsor and invite my mother and sister to the US. I have already filled up their D160 as individual and not as family because my mother would be travelling in sep-oct 2015 for sure, but sister's plan is not finalized yet, she may or may not travel this year or next year. is it OK to fill up their form as individual or should I cancel the applications and file as family again?
Please help me as soon as you can.
