I was approached by parents who came to the United States for a visit (B1/B2) and they had a baby in the United States. They left to the United States and went back to their home country with their US citizen baby. Now the mother and her minor child wanted to come to the Unites States for a visit. The baby is still 5 years old ( a minor). the question is
1) Is there any process whereby the mother can procure papers that allow her to accompany her baby without going through the standard consular process?
2) Can the mother apply for any immigrant visa status as parent of an American minor?
3) Can the parents apply for green card through their minor US child before the child turns 21?
